Pea Shoots

Pea shoots are a delicious add to your salad, sandwich or stirfry. They have a nice mild flavour so they are a great first microgreen to try. They are full of antioxidants.  We like them as a substitute for snow peas when they are not in season.  You can snack on these tasty greens on their own.
