Hungarian Hot Wax Pepper Plant

Yellow hot pepper with 5-6” smooth fruit tapering to a point.  Easy to stuff and peel after roasting.  Thick fleshed for frying.  Peppers change from yellow to orange to red as they ripen.  They look pretty pickled. Plants are easily adaptable.

In our region pepper plants need to be planted in a warm, sheltered location in well drained, fertile soil.  Pepper plants really need consistent watering to maximize production and should be staked.
