This is a go-to Cookie in our home. Made with organic maple syrup, almond flour, and vegan chocolate chips, this delight has a shortbread-esque taste and texture. 

We do use gluten-free ingredients but unfortunately cannot guarantee gluten-free as it is not a gluten-free kitchen.
