INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 tbsp Sayward Haven Farm fresh ginger, finely grated
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Store up to one week in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before serving if possible.
